Samsung Galaxy Note Edge
Owned Since: October 2015
Predecessor: Samsung Note 3
Reason: Big screen, stylus, removable battery, Upgradable storage, Android, Long term support for O.S upgrades.
Upgrades/Add-ons: 128Gb Micro SD Card, S-View Cover, Android 6
Overall Thoughts: It is a very durable phone, Very Responsive, Long lasting battery: lasts all day easily with standard use.
Iphone 4
Owned Since: Mid 2014
Predecessor: iPhone 3GS (Now used by Girlfriend)
Reason: Wanted to upgrade to IOS 7, friend offered me an unused one and I accepted it.
Upgrades/Add-ons: Replaced the Battery, Flip Cover, Optus Data Sharing Sim
Other Thoughts: Makes a good music player, when I received this phone it had a Dead Battery, I replaced the battery myself and now it works fine. The data sharing Sim is connected to the Data plan for my Samsung Note 3; this essentially turns it into an iPod with a 3G data connection.
Apple Macbook Pro (Mid 2012 15in Non Retina)
Owned Since: March 2013
Predecessor: LG P1-Pro Express Dual (1.8ghz Dual Core Centrino, 500GB HDD, 3GB RAM, ATI x1400 Graphics 128MB (able to boost up to 512MB using Hyper Memory) (Now used by GF)
Reason: Wanted to learn about MAC, Also wanted to be able to run Virtual Machines and other intensive Tasks, wanted something that would last longer on Battery.
Stock Specs: 2.4Ghz quad core i7 (4th Gen), 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD, DVD combo, Dual graphics, (Intel 4000, NVidia 650M 512MB)
Upgrades/Add-ons: 2TB SSD, 16GB RAM, Palm Rest Vinyl, Outside Hard Shell, Win 10 Pro + OSX Sierra
Other thoughts: Performs well, reliable, however has rubbish cooling (hasn’t overheated yet but the case gets very hot), so I have installed an app to make fans run faster, I will perform a case mod soon to allow better air intake. I never wanted a gaming machine, so graphic performance has never bothered me. I use to have Ubuntu on this laptop as well however as I didn’t run it much, I have just moved over to running it in a virtual system.
Samsung N215S (Netbook)
Owned Since: April 2012
Predecessor: ASUS Aspire one (1.6Ghz Atom (1Core) 512MB ram, 120GB HDD) (died)
Reason: Wanted a Small Laptop/Tablet that lasts a long time on battery.
Stock Specs: 1.6Ghz Atom (2Core with HT) 1GB Ram, 320GB HDD, Solar + Battery, Win7 Starter
Upgrades/Add-ons: 2GB Ram, Win 10 Developer (dual booting with stock OS).
Other Thoughts: Lasts 13 hours web browsing on battery (longer than most tablets) Has a solar panel which gives it a boost but cant run off it (2 hours in sun=1 hour charge) Windows 10 runs on it quite smoothly without much stalling, better than windows 7 and windows 8.1.
Runs Standard x86 windows Applications, Also runs UBUNTU quite well.

Samsung Galaxy Gear S2
Owned Since: June 2016
Predecessor: N/A
Reason: I wanted to have a wearable that i would be able to see my phones notifications from as well as other interactions with my phone
Upgrades/Add-ons: N/A
Overall Thoughts: Extremely durable has survived me working on cars and paining houses, lasts more than 2 days if i don't move anywhere however if i remain very active all day it goes into a fitness mode which in some cases can drain the battery in less than 10 hours which can be very annoying. For some reason samsung wont let this feature be disabled.
